There is a specific method to activate it, try Google
You're looking at the 60hz numbers. On 120hz, it's input lag is about 15, so, the same as the PLS panels.

That's kind of a strange purchase, considering it's input lag is no better than a PLS, and you're sacrificing a lot of colour accuracy/contrast as the 950D is just another TN like your old one. Also, gloss is either love or hate. I had a gloss HP w2007 years ago, and I quite liked it as long as it wasn't a sunny day...lol
