Yes, but now we have a full range of knowledge that says you cannot stabilize 4.3GHz with any amount of voltage, as opposed to, I can't do 4.5GHz.
Try and stabilize 4.2GHz, then we can see about where your PSU is maxing out with some math, or better yet, a watt-meter. It's the difference between an RMA and just buying a new PSU.
I've just seen allot of other people being able to stabilize at 4.5ghz with no problem. If I stabilize at 4.2ghz Windows Aero and games are really slow for some reason, even if I stress test with OCCT for 4 hours. I've now just stabilized at 4ghz. Sadly, I can't change the fsb on my new mobo.
