The future of labor, no matter how you look at it, will be mostly automated and robotics. For now, companies can exploit countries rising into the world economy with their cheap labor and lack of regulations, but in the future, people wont want to work for pennies and will demand better pay. Thats where robotics come in, they work for free besides operation costs like maintenance, electricity, and operators. Now, thats assuming we don't have a machine uprising and have battlestar galatica type situation on our hands.
