and then email that thread to razer support to tell them this isnt isolated issue?
2 mouse and still spinning issue so iim growing tired and hoping razer can start an actual investigation.

I'll pass it on.

He's sending his back for a couple more replacements, but I'm going to stay away from it for a while. I may just stockpile 3.5g deathadders.

And I bet all of you five installed Synapse. It's just natural for a regular Costumer to install a Mousedriver which belongs to his new Mouse.

If I wouldn't be aware of Synapse because of the Experience from the Past I would have already installed it also and would have probably the same Problem.

But I didn't and until now my Deathadder 2013 works flawless without missfunctions.

Got it the fourth Day now and see no Reason why my DA 2013 would start making trouble out of nowhere if I change nothing like installing Synapse.

It's like I said, there always has to be a disturbing Source/Reason for a technical Product to become defective. wink.gif

And if you look at which Problems Synapse created with several different Razerproducts you don't have to wonder it also crashes the new DA 2013.

Synapse ist the biggest fail in Peripheral-Driverhistory. Sadly they starteted this Synapse Project exactly as they began to create one of the best Peripherals on the market again.

You're apparently missing what I'm saying, so I'll repeat it: 5 mice between two people (myself and a friend). Synapse was never on the system when I tried my second and third mice. They had the same issues as the first, which was used with Synapse. While I am glad your mouse works fine, you are incorrect.

same. the replacement 2013 i got i used it with no synapse. I made sure to completely uninstall synapse, removed the registry and rebooted the computer before i connected my mouse.
I still got the spinning bug after that.

im not sure what im going to do now since since i got faulty mouse and i dont wanna waste my money shipping to razer a second time.

Wow what problems none here yet. I don't really care about lift off since I lift my mouse to move it so I want it to track to a certain point.

hehe ok

sad to hear for you guys. i mean my deathadder is from a brandnew stock from the european store a few days ago. so maybe you got a few weirdo da's from the first batch or something like that. ^^

i really don't know for sure. all i can say is, that mine still works flawless and i hope it stays this way, cause the mouse is wonderful.

hmm

All of those with a Problem should also post their used Mousepad and their used dpi...

the same for all People who have no problem at all.

I know the my Savu has some problems on the Qck+(exactly the same problem) the Deathadder 2013 is using just an newer Version of the same Sensor (?!) so with all that dpi overbreeding you never know if that problem has maybe impaired...

i used qpad heaton, artisan hien, artisan shidenkai, qck+ qck heavy, white paper as razer suggested and still got the spinning issue
900 dpi

I'd imagine it's a batch issue. Other than the spin bug I like the 2013 more than the 3.5g, so I will eventually try to get another one a few months down the road, just to let the dust settle a bit. The only thing other than that spin bug that I could do without is the top coating, but that's because my hands are quite dry and the coating can irritate them a little bit, so that's my problem.

Guys the DA 2013 is really a great one. Just played a one hour Deathmatchsession and I start to enjoy it more and more.
Ofcourse you can't have the same Opinion if you experienced the Spinning Issue, but if it works like mine it's a genius mouse for every hardcore low senser to high senser.
You got a excellent control in all aspects with it.

not only the cursormovement but also the clickcontrol.

not to mention the great buildquality this mouse has and I really appreciate such a Buildquality if it comes to mice.
thumbs up smile.gif

Now I lowered my overall ingame sensivity a lil bit for the probably last time cause now I gotta play with it until I do headshots in csgo by sleep.

I play with windows 6/11 now, exactly 2 Ingamesense and 400 dpi and 1000 Hz pollingrate adjusted through Synapse 1.07.15. The Sense is about 51 cm per 360 degree. pretty low sense but not hardcore low sense.

Everything works stable as it should. Synapse works flawless now and so the mouse does in my case.
