Review of the Deathadder 2013 - Page 28

What do you guys think of the the BrandWarWolf SilenX Optimized Gaming Mouse Feet, think its made of Teflon. Its like $3 on eBay. I find my DA on a hard surface mousepad (Steelseries 9HD) isnt the smoothest.

It requires removing the current feet, so id rather not if these arent that good.

guys, so if I put it on 1800DPI from 1500DPI which I have now, am I to experience significant differences / benefits?

I have a DA 2013, but the mouse buttons feel really soft a squishy. Almost like it double clicks. Brand new also =\

Some of the Razer mice can be hit or miss. When I bought my DA 2013 the buttons felt crisp but were a bit light (though better than the older DA). Same went for when I bought the G400 in which the clicks were mushy and quiet except the thumb buttons but other mice didn't have that issue.

If you like the shape maybe a return is in order or maybe get the older Black Edition or try another brand.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to make the top part of the mouse more grippable. The sides are a little slick too (the special plastic) but the top is very smooth and I can't get a good grip on it especially when my hands are dry. I don't sweat a lot when I use it either.

I'd rather not put tape on the top of the mouse unless it is discrete.

Yeah but you have to decide if it's worth the 9$ though

Thanks for the suggestion. Its either buying that or getting another mouse adding to my ever growing collection. I know its a drastic change but for the time being I have been using a g100s and debating either fixing the Deathadder or an FK/EC2. I like having mouse4 and 5.

Hey guys I just got a Razer DA 2013 and I checked it thoroughly Everything seems fine except that the button 5 (the front button on the left side) it has to be sightly pushed in and only after that it clicks. Is that an fault?

Good review! I actually loved my deathadder! Just replaced it with a mouse so I could slim down, was using a Naga for MMO and Deathadder for everything else. Will definitely use the deathadder on another build though
