If not, get some slower sticks, From what I know you see no difference in performance after 1600, just my 2cents.gif

I did both and set xmp 1 and 2 both failed saying my overclock settings fail voltage i always set manually to what the ram is made for i will swap this out for http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233254 cl of 7 should this be the fastest and best option for 1600mhz version of ram
I will also call msi and g. Skill too today see what they can do to help if not i will swap with newegg

Everlast, according to the instruction manual for your particular motherboard you should be running two sticks of ram in slots 2 and 4. As to the ram, my suggestion would be to follow the manufactures QVL to ensure RAM compatibility. The QVL for your particular motherboard can be found here. Note that the RAM you are attempting to use is not on the QVL. That doesn't always mean it won't work (most of the time it does work even if it is not on the QVL), but there are instances, like this one, where there is some sort of incompatibility. Purchasing RAM that is on the QVL list is the only way to ensure compatibility. Best of luck!
