Is it one with DDR3? If so, the memory can go much higher. Yeah those temps are just fine.

i have teh ddr2 version of my card pcie and a total max oc i can get it up about 250mhz /.///.... before 450/800 after 515/950-970 stable.. thats all i can get out of her at about 40-55C for about an hour or 2.. But i have the passibve cooling version of mine... Hey xfx oc's the hell out of their cards.. my nextcards gonna be xfx geforcs 7600gtx at 590/1600 they are only $150 or.. think if i should save for an 8800... i get no lag now.. im mean why do i need something that expensive.. but the 7950 are only 50 to 100 $$$ cheaper.. downloading 3dmark06 for this first time since this build.. ready to see what happenes/./ GO PCIE............ big difference.. Aquamark 3 is about 65-70,000 and also that seems a lil hot!

there is a big diff between the 7600GS and the 7300GT, trust me, the 7300GT isnt that good unless its the DDR3 version, even at 560/950 the 7600GS would be about 2-5% faster thanks to the extra pp
