bump

i got it working but got a question about having a fixed voltage so it can stay constantly clocked @4.2 cause it keeps going down to 1.6.

Sorry for posting so many times but i set the fixed volt to 1.15 and it crashed on my, so i really need help setting everything. I want a constant clock of 4.2 or have it drop at 3.8 and have a max of 4.2. I have the power saving disabled and it just drops to 1.6 so im lost at this point.

ok under the power saving settings speed step is the option allowing your cpu to drop to 1600mhz when you are now giving the cpu a strong enough load to use 4200mhz. that is a setting you should leave on as it will help with idle temps and longevity.

try this

vcore 1.15v with LLC load line calibration set to the 2nd highest setting you have

make sure to use xmp for your memory settings our enter ram setting manually
(example dram 1.5v timings 9-9-9-24)

change the multipilier to 42 not turbo cpu multi.

other than that everything else can stay at auto for now change as little as possible at first and test

as for the guy that said 1.2 at 4.5ghz, that would be my dream chip most chips won't do 4.3 at 1.2v so don't expect that every chip is different but I would say you won the lottery if you can get 4.5 at 1.2

this is what I run at 24/7 since temps are awesome and I can use stock voltage. I get more than enough performance I notice no diff in gaming at 4.5 vs 4.2, that might have something to do with my gtx680 though I am sure that doesn't hurt but yea anything I play at 4.2 is getting insane FPS no matter stock frequency or overclock so I stick with stock voltage and the highest overclock I can get with that.
