Max voltage?

I have a 4gb stick of Corsair DDR3 Value Select Ram 1333Mhz. It's rated voltage is 1.5v. But what is the max voltage that i can push through it to get maximum overclocks ? Thanks in advance smile.gif

you probably shouldnt push it past 1.6v-1.65v if you want it to remain stable

Voltage scaling limit depends mostly on used ICs and not on the specific model or platform.
Some ICs scale well up to 2.3V, some don't like anything above 1.50.

Integrated circuit. Most cheap RAM will knock out if you raise the voltage too high, simply can't handle it. The circuit can burn out.

But most Corsair RAM is built pretty solid, I wouldn't go over 1.6.
