To be honest I think those RAM are quite similar. It doesn't state its memory configuration, that is what blocks of memory it is (single side vs dual sided).

They're probably quite similar in terms of overclocking.

For Athlon II X2 CPUs maximum stable memory frequency is around 900 +/- 50MHz, but on 760GM board it might be significantly lower. both these modules, on average, should overclock the same
