3770K vs. 2700K vs 3570K for highest OC on water

If you had to choose one CPU (that will be under custom water) to achieve the highest benchmarking scores which would you choose? Delidding is also not off the table at all. Just threw the 3570K in there since I can get it for so cheap but I know it's a step below.

Its all a lottery system, if you get a 2700k that hits 5.4Ghz its obviously going to bench better than a 3770k @ 5.0 - 2700k's are supposedly better binned 2600k's so they have a better chance of hitting a higher multiplier, though a 3770k has the potential to hit higher multipliers as Intel raised the multi-max on Ivy (though you'll want to go sub zero if you're planning on doing lots of volts)

Which do you think is the better value?

3770K - $230
2700K - $200
3570K - $170

3770k is going to bench better by a land slide between these choices.

Pair it with some good ram "some that hits 3000mhz" and a mb and u could be hitting near 11 scores in Cinebench.

Ram becomes a big factor when your benching.. so having a much better IMC is going to help with that.

Also if you delid the 3770k and you get a decent chip.. benching 5.5ghz with 3000mhz ram is not out of the question.

If you choose to Bench on LN2 Ivy performs much better under sub zero as well.

Check the 5ghz club for reference of what to expect.

As far as boards go...

The up7 is going to be the all around best Z77 board

The next level of performance would be the MVE MVF and Up5 Gigabyte g1 sniper 3 and the MVG
UP5

Then your 2 ram kits that have the best chances of hitting 2800mhz +

Wow awesomely detailed reply thanks for that man. I guess I should be more clear though, I'm mainly just after the highest OC I can get with my current setup which my sig rig below. I'm taking the 3570K out of my rig and using it for an emulator build so I wanted to know which CPU I could pickup and get the highest OC with. I'd be willing to delid any Ivy if it's wroth it but I'm trying to reach at least 5.0Ghz if not higher taking advantage of my custom water. Otherwise I feel it's a waste.

That's what I needed to hear thanks bro. For $30 more I'd say it's worth it than.

My 2600k only does 4.6ghz to.. that rig will be replaced with the Haswell flapship i7...

Then my 3770k will move to back up rig for mining purposes.
