I have a Wii with me right now. I have a Sapphire X1900XT. I want to know if I can use my monitor as a display. Someone?

Your graphics card has nothing to do with it, what kinds if inputs does your monitor have? DVI, VGA/D-Sub, does it have a component input?

All you need to do is find the correct cables and you're set, if your monitor has a component input then you're lucky, but I don't think there are Wii>DVI or VGA cables out yet...

Forget what I said: http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPL...ore=M9267G%2FA

Plug the Wii into one side and stick the other into your monitor.

EDIT: Maybe try to find a similar product but one that's not mac specific, some of the reviewers are having problems using it with PCs, you should be fine but I'm not totally sure.

To play games off your Wii your Wii GPU is used, not the one in your rig, all you need is cables from Monster or somebody to connect your Wii to your monitor. Check the ones that came with your GPU, if one end plugs into the monitor and the other fits in the Wii you are golden . So far I haven't found cables for the Wii but I have found them for the PS3 and 360... odd. I'll send you a link if I find them. NInja_bOY

You could buy a TV tuner, couldn't you?

There were some for $40 on the Egg I think, too. But this one had the best rating.

dont even bother with all of this. the amount of delay that the signal running through the computer and into the display might make the game unplayable
cant complain..
