Two nVidia 690's in SLI or stick with my Quadfire 7970 Waterblocks

So I've been holding onto a pair of Asus 690 GTXs for a few months, I never did the install because I already have Quadfired 7970's that are all Waterblocked so the amount of work is just painful to WB the 690s etc, also waiting to hear people say their Quad SLI Setups are mature enough to actually work.

Right now the setup is pretty good, latest drivers seem to work somewhat but Im waiting now for AMD to screw up and break it all again (Seems to be their trend, we will give you a working setup and next release f**k you. I've been having awesome luck with my Laptop which is a pair of 680m vids in sli and its stable, always works, I actually play games on my M18X more than my desktop just because it works.

Opinions?

I water block them so heat isn't a concern

Plus I have a Cisco 4506-E in my office so sound doesn't bother me either

I also hate the fact that sometimes I boot the system and the 7970 in the first slot doesn't get detected, sometimes it takes 15 - 30 cold boots to pick it up, so I spend a few hours just trying to turn the fing thing on lol
