Annoying driver crash in 12.11 and after downgrading from 12.11

i was using my 7850(1GB one) nice and smooth on 12.10 at 1200mhz with custom fan rates and all the games were working smoothly. when i upgraded to 12.11 beta 11 i re installed afterburner 2.3.0 and did -xcl on it it only let me go till 1170 (which my gpu was even stable on 1260mhz) i didn't cared about it much because i already got extra 800 points increase in 3D Mark 11 anyways after that i didn't played a game , last night i tried to log in to last chaos (which is old) boom driver crashed from my previous experience i knew it might be caused by low core voltage i got in to Sapphire Trixx app and increased the voltage quite a bit to 1.200 so i launched the game back i logged in boom crash again at the time i was getting annoyed a lot so i gave up and downgraded to 12.10 cleaned every possible left overs (i believe) reinstalled afterburner and i had max of 1170mhz still ?(well it was ok for me but) i launched the game back and BOOM it crashed again (the game worked awesome on 1200mhz before these issues) so i launched trixx back jizzed the voltage again to 1.2v and game was still crashing , i tried the following stuff to fix it
Uninstalled the 12.10 and cleaned the system
installed 12.11 beta 11 and tried all over again-didnt fixed
tried Asus GPU Tool - Which seems to be worked but it killed fps in 3d mark 11 (got 2-3fps in night test)
checked the 4pin power feed and it was ok

i feel like reinstalling windows seems to only thing that can help

Make sure you disable the overclock function in CCC, it does not work well with 3rd party overclocking utilities.
