Logitech G700 question

Thread Starter

Hey folks. I am thinking of purchasing a G700 soon.

Just wondering one thing.

My case is right under my desk, a wooden desk hence that's where the reciever will be

Would there be an interference?

G700 seems to be the best wireless mouse out there btw. Please recommend me another mouse if it is not the case

Just went 3m from my desk and it seems to track just fine. Never had any connection problems.

Thanks for the answer bro.

Do your reciever and mouse see each other without any barriers btw?

Also last but not least how happy are you with the g700?

I have my receiver dongle in my G19 usb ports, so no barriers and very near. The dongle is different from other wireless Logitech mice that use the unifying receiver dongle. The Logitech M345 on my HTPC is not so good with distance, using unifying.

I like it, no better wireless mouse for me at the moment after using 2 different Logitech BT mice, a MS X6 and a Razer Mamba.
Uses 1 AA rechargeable battery, so it's easy to replace it or have a spare. But charge is not enough for a day of my usual usage (8h+). Maybe it's time to replace it, comes with a 1900mAh, will try to find a bigger one.
My first G700 developed a problem after a year with the left button. It would miss or double-click, broken microswitch.
Seems to be a widespread problem reading the Logitech forums. Maybe fixed now and I have heard good things about Logitech RMA but never bothered to sent my first one. Too much time to stay without mouse.
