4.5 ghz is pretty typical with these chips as long as you have upgraded cooling from stock.

Oh yea forgot to mention I'm watercooled

So any tips on how to get to 4.5ghz? I read some guides, but I'm still kind of sketchy.

I've got it overclocked to 3.9 right now. Although I set the multiplier for much higher than that. And now it's running kind of laggy.

nevermind overclockers, it's all fixed, I remembered my motherboard has multiple bios selections and apparently the first one cant be changed that much.

So are you at 4.0 ghz? Easiest way to hit 4.5 ghz is set the turbo clock to 4.5 ghz, voltage on auto and stress test. Some people will tell you to do voltage manually, but my auto voltage and lowest stable manual voltage were so close to eachother i just left it on auto.

For some reason I'm stuck at 4.3ghz. I upped the VCORE voltage and the clock multiplier, but nothing seems to be changing when I boot into windows.

Any ideas?

What do you mean nothing changes? You set it higher, but it is still showing 4.3 ghz or you are getting blue screens at higher than 4.3?
