Still no luck.

I'll try using my motherboard's third BIOS selection. It's on 2 now and I couldnt get it to OC at all on 1.

If that doesnt work I'll try clearing the CMOS. Worth a shot.

I would double check your voltage man, it looks quite high for 4.2 ghz

After clearing the CMOS I got to 4.5

Still lacking a little performance though. Any ideas why that might be? Voltages too low or something?

Are you stable? If you are stable in prime and not getting errors, the voltages should be fine. What are your voltages after the cmos clear?

running in prime now. It pretty much runs at max temp at 100% load. Although it already went through Battlefield 3 on ultra settings for an hour or so.

And I just left voltages on auto. I think

What is your max temp? and what are the voltages in cpuz? Can you explain what the lacking in performance is, like stuttering for example, overall being slow in games or programs? What graphics card do you have.

way to lazy to do that. I'll just post more pics

current temps and voltages

Max temp is 98C

Video Card

GPU has 3GB of VRAM

And it just seems like it's slow to boot and launch applications. Once everything starts up it runs pretty good though.

Slow boot would me dependent on your hard drive, and overclocking you cpu wont change that. Getting an ssd would help your boot times and applications load faster, or going raid 0. Also I would need to know your temps and voltages during load. People that are usually pushing 1.5v on their cpus are in the 5ghz range, so your voltage looks high when looking at your old 4.3 overclock.
