Windows 8 PC keeps waking on its own

Thread Starter
So my new Windows 8 Pro rig wakes itself up at odd hours and I don't know how to keep it from doing it.

So far the only thing I've tried is going to the device manager (Windows-X) and turning off the Keyboard, Mouse and Network adapters ability to wake the computer through their individual power management tabs. What else can I do, any ideas?

I just woke it up on my own so it's showing me that I did it via the power button. I'll do this the next time it self-wakes.
