upgrading to 3770k

I am soon going to upgrade my i7 930 to a 3770k, i am planing to overclock it to 4-4.5 GHZ, since i never really worked with the new motherboards with the new bios, a few guides would be nice. What would the temperatures be like at 4.5? i got a 240 rad with 237 GPH pump.
The motherboard i am planning to get is a BIOSTAR TZ77XE4 Intel 7 Series Motherboard .(you can suggest a better motherboard for overclocking,in the range of 200$ that will fit my case without interfering with the rad.

With liquid cooling, it's my understanding you shouldn't see anything under 58c MAX at that clock.
