Any ideas I have found a couple people on the web having this issue but there fixes really do not work for me.
go into your registry, then hkey_localmachine\system\currentcontrolset\control\class\4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318,in the right pane, click UpperFilters, you may also see UpperFilters.bak. but do not touch this one only click UpperFilters, once you click UpperFilters go to the edit menu and click delete, when prompted to confirm click yes. now in the right pane click LowerFilters and do the same. then close registry and re-boot.
