New case for new water cooling setup - Page 2

Tbh 2x360 is way more rad than you need for 2gpu's +cpu. Of course, if you want overkill, which is perfectly fine on overclock.net then feel free to continue with the exotic case manufacturers. I just wanted to interject letting you know that this much cooling is by no means a requirement for your system. (for instance, I run an i7 975 at 4.3 and a 6990 on a 180 +120 rad system with decent (though not stellar) temps.

Anyway. LD's cases are pretty good, have seen a few builds on here using his cases. If you go with one of them Im sure you wont be dissappointed. You could also get the Silverstone TJ07. There are loads of people here on OCN using the TJ07, being a very watercooling friendly case. You could also get the TJ11, but then you might aswell get a caselabs shipped wink.gif
Remember, a caselabs case is an investment wink.gif Could very well be worth it, to ship it to Denmark.
The blocks, really depend on your liking. For instance, if you are looking for something shiny, koolance have both CPU and GPU waterblocks that match, and have this shiny look to them. So depending on your liking, you can get pretty much what you want. Swifttech, makes matt black blocks if you are looking for something like that.
As for the pump. I think most people here, would agree on a D5 pump.

Yeah i have been looking into the TJ07 and 11, but the tj11 is waaaay overpriced!. The TJ07, have a nice alu brushed finish, and is easy to fit some watercooling into.
Not sure about the bling bling style, i'm more after some performance smile.gif.
But shouldn't i be able to continue with my pump/reservoir and cpu block, if i upgrade with 2x 360 rads?smile.gif
If possible i will avoid the Nickle plates, heard bad things about it, and it's not so healthy for me tongue.gif

Caselabs is nice but once you import to the EU,its way overpriced.
You can also use a Elysium or get a premodded 07 from specialtech that has a 360 cutout ready done in the roof.

D5 is the pump i recommend,as others have done in this thread, reliable and quiet.

Not bad with the premodded tj07 case. Me and a friend is planning on getting the same case and try to build 2 identical pc's tongue.gif. He likes the LD cases smile.gif. Whats the difference on the LD V8 and V10?. Is it the size of them or?.

I know it's overkill biggrin.gif. But i have alrdy bought the rads for like 1/3 of the new prices. More rads = less fans to cool = less noise biggrin.gif.

And ooops. Thought i made a comment into the Watercooling thread tongue.gif.

There is a sub zero capable cooling unit in the base, its for extreme overclockers to get big numbers,no practical use day to day.

Plus with the V8 the PCI holes are at the top of the case, while with the v10 they are at the button of the case, compared to each other.

Just found the LD owners club thread, gonna take a look at what people have done biggrin.gif.

But can my xspc pump/reservoir run 2x 360rads with lets say 1 cpu and 2 gpus?.

Do you know the model of the pump?

how about putting your 2x360s outside? worked well for me with mora smile.gif

so you can save a lot of money and installation is not that tricky.
