One more question @Ghost, the board supports 1866 (O.C) MHz, 2133 (O.C) MHz, 2400 (O.C) MHz, 2667 (O.C) MHz. . Does that mean i can overclock my 1600Mhz RAM to upto 2667 MHz ??? correct me if my understanding is wrong.

The cpu and mobo combination you chose cant be overclocked,
and you haven't stated your total budget for these parts ,

Still here is what i suggest

Intel i5 3570k
MSI Z77 G45 / Gigabyte Z77 D3H(Consider giga mobo if you got sufficient budget, and secondly i wont suggest asrock boards their vrm and pwms are of mediocre quality on most boards, so stick with msi,asus,gigabyte for now)
Ram is fine !
Take gtx 660 ti instead (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125441)
Chasis Corsair 400R
Psu Corsair GS 600 Bronze new revision(Although you would be fine with 500 too but keeping in mind overclocking and a bit headroom 600 is preferable)

And with that get Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo cpu cooler to keep you cpu cool while overclocking. thumb.gif

You could if your RAM was good enough but most likely you will only be able to get it to 1866/2133 if at all.

you never know what kind of overclock you will achieve
maybe 1700, maybe 1800, maybe 1900, who knows
but anyways you will not see much improvement if any by overclocking your ram speeds
g.skill is pretty good though, and people love the samsung ones because they do overclock like crazy
if you want to overclock ram as much as possible look at these samsung ones

@Ghost: What about this board, will it support overclocking ?

Also this board looks good but the same problem if i plug in the big card it wont disturb the nearby RAM slot ??? Cos i can see RAM slots closeby the PCI-e x16 slot.

It doesnt mean i hate the micro-ATX motherboards but after installing the Graphics card GTX 670 whatever, it should not disturb nearby components...

Thanks Deathclaw... but as you said overclocking RAMs wont show any effect, so its better to get RAM with heatsinks as in G.Skill since i will be running the PC most part of the day.

no you do not need heatsinks...

edit:
those samsung ones are without heatsink and they overclock like crazy
because they are low voltage they dont heat as much
and generally ram doesnt heat up that much and heatsinks are just there for the looks, in fact i have seen a few where the temperature is actually lower when the heatsink is removed
and figure in the fact that production of heatsink increases price of ram, why not simply get cheaper and better ram without heatsinks
but for looks choose heatsink, with heatsinks be carefull for compatibility with aftermarket cpu cooler, if you have tall heatsinks it can interfere with cpu cooler

as far as motherboard is concerned, for that price on that page that you listed i would recommend one of these
asrock z77 pro4 Rs. 8840
asrock z77 extreme Rs. 10400

The MSI Z77A G45 ATX is a better quality motherboard all around compared to asrock at similar price point, even the micro atx variant of g45 at 7.7k is a solid and stable performer even while ocing !
