What's your GPU? I heard you want to game. A faster CPU won't help you if you want better fps if your'e using a bad gpu.

RAM, youll need to get newer ram.

for you, 8GB of DDR3 should be plenty smile.gif your current mobo uses DDR2,

microcenter and newegg both have really great prices.

for you, id go with this ram here

its a little bit pricy, but at microcenter you get a pretty good deal. there only $40, and this is some pretty swank ram tongue.gif

Great. Changing RAM is in my expectation, now I no longer have any problem besides noobhell's question. Glad that I found Overclock.net tongue.gif

EDIT: Prices on Newegg/Microcenter don't really matter. I'll find a local PC shop to buy/order it.

PSU is the Power Supply Unit. the thing that the power cable from the wall plugs into. just open up the computer and look on the side of the PSU, it should tell you how many watts it can output.

for you id reccomend a 750 watt PSU, you could get by with a 650, but not by much

Dude what? First you recommend a z77 board for someone who won't be crossfiring and then you recommend a 750w PSU? I'm sorry to say but there's no performance difference between the z77 and the b75 chipset and a 750w PSU for a build like that is waaaay overkill. I'm using a Seasonic 550w for two 7770s and a oc'ed 8120 and that works fine.

OP: Your GPU is fine, fine I would go with the i5 PaulVB6 recommended before. You're set thumb.gif
