Well, it's looking good so far smile.gif

Followed your guide to secure erase with Parted Magic and then your guide/the usual procedures for Windows installation... that was last night maybe 10 hours ago and my computers has been on (not including restarts) even since with no issues. Got all updates installed now and just slowly adding programs back in too.

Will keep you updated, thanks! biggrin.gif

Hopefully it was just windows or a program being stupid/corrupted. Let us know if it happens again. If you get a BSOD, check this forum out: http://www.overclock.net/f/17986/crash-analysis-and-debugging

Yeah, that seems like it might have been the case, coupled with the later firmware which has issues on UEFI systems.

I would certainly recommend anyone with an m4 and a UEFI motherboard to use either 0309 or 000F firmwares (earlier versions have the 5200 hour bug and later versions have UEFI issues)

Thanks for your help Sean and everyone else, here's hoping I don't have to post back in here with more issues! smile.gif
