Looks good to me.

Good luck with that MoBo, I hope you don't have any of the issues people are having with them.

I wouldn't go with the e6400.If your going to overclock the only diffrence between it and a e6300 is the clock speed, Save urself some moola and buy a aftermarket cooler..

Or spend the extra cash and go with a e6600 that has the 4mb of cache.

just my two cents

Also I don't know about your harddrives but you might look to see how much cache they have standard is 8mb, You might try and find some with 16mb this will give you alittle more performance and decrease your loading times

The evga board has serious issues with sata2 drives if you overclock to high, also the problem seems to be worse if you use seagate drives for some reason.

Haha, thanks... I'm not really sure on the mobo yet or the GPU for that matter. I'd like to wait for R600 to come out before I decide, but with ATI delaying it over and over again I feel like we'll never see it...

Of course if I went to ATI, I wouldn't go with the SLI mobo and probably pick up a P5B DLX

@charlie: I plan to OC the CRAP out of whichever processor I get, and if I get the 6400, it could be a difference of 3.5Ghz as opposed to 4.0Ghz. Now I know that requires some good cooling, but I've got something in the works... don't worry.

EDIT: I would also prefer 16MB caches on the HDD's, but most of those drives are 200GB+ and I just don't need that kinda space at all and don't really want to drop that much on the hard drives... We'll see though, this build won't be started for another month or two so I can see what ATI has to offer.

Do you think this would be better RAM than the super talent?

And is the PC P&C 610 gonna be enough to power all that + 3 opticals and ~4 fans?
