Yeah I don't see any reason that it wouldn't work fine....

what would you recommend as far as a drain plug...another fillport, or the delrin plugs?

Also, I want to find a metal fitting like that, not brass...where would I go?

I believe they are called a Union Cross

I've got the brass Fil-Port for a drain, it or the delrin would be fine..

Look here for your fitting, it's the first place that I look for fittings anymore, there Masterkleer tubing is as cheap as I've found to.It says pinch clamps but it takes you to the main page......McMaster-Carr pinch clamps

Here they are..Now I wonder if they will fit the tubing I need :

Now this is what people should be using instead of 90 degree fittings..

45 degree barb

Here is the drive bay that I will be modding a small plexiglass window into. I will be mounting the pump here, I think anyways

Brin do you really need compression fittings? They have the stainless crosses there you could just screw barbs into and polish out the stainless... I tried to link you to them, but it always just takes you to the home page...

That pump could look pretty sharp like that, kind of show cased....

EDIT: If you have to add fittings the 45's are a lot better on the flow....

I don't really need the compression fittings, but it would sure look nicer. I wish DD made them shiny ones...sucks..

Little Update today :

I went to the hardware store, auto store, and tool store, and came back with a bunch of stuff :

There's more, I just didn't bring it all in from truck yet.

Yay for stuff!!

Anywho, I wanted to post some pics of the Fan Shroud that I painted. So far, the outside is painted orange, to match the case. But, the inside, I don't know if I'll paint blue, or just leave it..I warn you, it does not look "TEAL" in person, it's the flash.

I'm setting up a table downstairs now. I think I'm going to get to work on how to mount this Heater Core vertically on top of the case...w00t..That's what all the metal up above is possibly for..

And yet another update today:

I got the stuff setup downstairs in the garage. I took one of them 4 way folding ladders thingys, and set it up as my table..god it's ugly, but it works. I'll get pics up later of that.

So since I was adding that shroud to the back of the case, I decided that I wanted to not restrict the flow. So I cut the back 80mm fan out.

And I'm an idiot, b/c I primed the mobo tray b4 cutting, so now I have to sand it down again and re-prime. YAY!!

I think that I will also be bondoing (word?) to seal the the gap between the shroud and the case, making it look, like one.

All the ridges have to stay there, becaus I want the hole to be the same size as the opening of the shroud.
FYI, I used a dremel for this and a file to clean up a bit.

Ok, I need some major help fellas

I am going to mount my Dual Heater Core to the top of my case, but, I am wanting it to stand up vertically, at the back of the top panel of the case, with the barbs at the bottom and facing to the rear.

How the heck can I do this? If you look above you'll see a bunch of pieces of metal that I planned on using for brackets. But I don't know how to attach anything to the Rad

..It's sorta rough...but, there will be a better made shroud, which will molded to look like part of the case with some good ole BONDO!!! w00t!
