How to report an possible internet tampering?

Thread Starter
Does anyone know or have a guideline for those who wants to know what is the step to report and where to make an complaint?

Possible internet abuse?

FBI? CEO of the cable company? Or what?

I think this would be an interest to have a thread for one. Cuz security is vital in our lives when it comes privacy and if an employee is abusing their position for the cable company could lead into a huge lawsuit towards cable companies.

I also would love to learn more about it and who else you can contact? I figured we need a thread on that discussion.

Curious..

But when it comes to evidence it can be tough.

What if it was an employee tampering and he works for the cable company? ISP and the Police could work but you would need more proof someone is tampering.

However i think the FBI always monitors traffic no matter what.

Am i right?

If one can provide no evidence of said "tampering" then how would one determine tampering had occurred?
