Keep in mind the 4th was just a minor upgrade, released only a few months after the iPad 3. But there are other things such as a new 720p front camera, and the effect of a better GPU can be seen in gaming applications.

Nexus 10 display looks fine to me.... did have my eye on the note 10.1 but now I have another contender
