Instructions are showing for a horizontal use but it seems like ou could mount (2) radiators vertically with it.

i don't think, the spacing between the holes would allow for that, but it may depending on the 480 you want to mount with those

I am using an XSPC EX 480

Dimensions: 121 x 35.5 x 515mm (WxDxH)

Judging by this schematic and the dimensions listed above it may just be a few mm off. I can always use some L-brackets, but this was a nice affordable option.

the schematics of the ex480 fan spacing
121mm wide - 105mm = 16mm

seems like you'll be 1mm off

since it probably won't work, if you have a vise or a set of good c-clamps, you can make a bracket pretty easily with some sheet metal and a pair of steel 1/8"x1-2"(3-4mmx25-50mm)thick (as long as the sheets you'll be working with) flatbars

though like you said some L-brackets would be a ton easier, and cheaper, they just won't look as nice. . .

though if you're handy with a drill/dremel you could just mod that swiftech bracket(drill our new holes)

I ve got everything to make it from scratch if I desired. I could probably just use the drill press and make the wholes slightly larger. The L brackets work fine as no one will see them or the radiators.
