It is already there.

It's no where near like Call of Duty. At least Call of Duty isn't at L4D level.

Just because a game series is going off of a very large storyline (MGS anyone? Halo anyone?) does not mean it's a bad game.

Nope, implying that L4D did less change in its sequel than Call of Duty sequels.

Don't blame them, but the sheep that buy it.

Being brazilian, I don't know what to make of this just yet. Every once in a while a game will come out using a Brazilian city as setting and it's a hit or miss with me, granted they got a lot better in the past few years (older games and even movies would have people speaking spanish and all sorts of shenanigans). The last game to do that was Max Payne 3 and they did an amazing job with it, voice actors, settings and all.
But considering it's AC, I'm guessing they are going to set this up in another time, 1500~1600 maybe? Well, gotta wait and see...

AC is one of the biggest franchise of Ubisoft that sells the most, so you guys should stop pretending to be surprised that there is going to be a new one. Its a company.. has long as its making profits it will continue. And the AC franchise is very rich in that matter, because it can take place in any interesting periods of our history.

Sort of off topic but why is Kotaku allowed to be used as a source for news? Its a website that intentionally makes poorly written troll articles to get page views and frequently advocates for censorship of non-politically correct opinions. Its equivalent to posting news from the onion.
