What did it fail? Blend? SmallFTT?

Change Row Cycle to 12-14 and change Row Refresh to 14-16

And the other sub-timings do have an affect on OCing the RAM

what is your ram ratio...I would almost bet it is heat related...when my opty got around 48+ it would fail...But try the ram at 133 with timings like 3-3-3-7 @ 2T
And set your TRC to 12 and the TRFC to 16...Might help...

~~edit~~ I'm seeing double...lol

I run 2 instances Prime95, 1 to each core. They're both on custom, with everything on default except with 700MB of memory to use on each instance

Ok, So how about this: try to run 2.9GHz at 1.55V (1.52v registering on CPUz and MBM5) with timings at 3-4-4-10 (12 TRC and 16 TRFC), 2T Command Rate, and a 133 (2:3) divider?

Does that work? Or does anyone have a better idea?

Make sure you do at least 6-8 hours of SmallFTTs to make sure your CPU is stable first, if you haven't done so already that is

You should try getting the RAM stable using 1t instead 2

What do you have the sub-timings at?

wait... run SmallFTTs on stock or at 2.9GHz? What's so bad about my current custom settings?

Right now my main timings are as listed above (2T command rate(fails after 4 minutes on 1T))

By sub-timings I take it you mean Row to Row delay, Write Recovery time, Write to Read delay and Read to Write delay? those are 2-2-2-3 respectively... should I lower them and what to? will that allow me to run my settings at 1T?

Sorry for all the questions... thanks a lot though

SmallFTT's at 2.9 is what I meant, just to take the CPU out of the equation

Messing around with the sub-timings should allow you to use 1t

Can you post a screenshot of a64 tweaker?

What do you have the vdimm at right now?

ok, well i froze trying to use those settings on prime95 (my custom settings)... I rebooted and went back to 150 on the mult, 3-4-4-10-12-16 timings at 1T and 1.55v (1.52 according to mbm5 and cpuz... can someone tell me whats up with that??)

what should i set the sub-timings to?

It's vdroop, nothing to worry about

Can you post a screenshot of a64 tweaker? It will show what you currenty have the sub-timings at

And what is the vdimm at?
