Is an 80mm back panel fan (behind CPU) worth the time?

I'm planning on getting the CM 690 II and I've noticed that it has a little 80mm fan grill in the back, and I was wondering if this would have a noticeable affect on cooling if I were to actually install an 80mm fan there. IF I did, I figured it would be an exhaust, I really maybe it's a common thing for a lot of warm air to get trapped back there, but then again, maybe I'm wrong.

Otherwise, I'm probably just sticking with the stock fans, (140 front, 140 top, 120 rear) aswell as a 6850 with 2 fans and an EVO with 1 fan.

I have an intake fan behind my CPU and from what I've found its worth it but won't make much of a difference. I've seen temps drop by about 2-3c so its nothing to write home about.

I have that case and I found that little fan is too loud to be worth the effort.

It may be useful in extreme cases, but I did not notice a difference after I removed it, so it seems to be good for a only couple degrees at best.

You have the same case? Would you recommend adding more case fans other than the fans in the stock positions?

I had my CPU fans pointing straight out the back cooler master fan.

The lower front had a slightly bigger fan but still used the 120 holes. For my needs this worked very well.

I had actually got the case used from my Brother for temporary use, so I do not know what the stock setup was.
