But its smooth if my frames stay above 100 frames once it drops below 80 you can see that stuttering effect . Hitting 60 frames looks worse . Going to try 60hz with one GPU see if its smoother . Still thinking about selling my monitor then buy a 1400p or 1600p monitor

Same outcome but this time I figured out what I am seeing . There are separate images across the screen divided into bars about 14 across from top to bottom - they are not lines where you can see them clearly I can see the image split up when spinning around at high speeds . Putting the everything back to 120 those divided bars are no-longer visible . ?

Doing this test on a 60hz monitor you can not see the image brake down like that . Not 100% sure what to call this effect but that must be why the image looks distorted

Screen tearing? The way you described it sounds like interlacing but I doubt that

Nope more like at 120hz

then put the image inside each line - when spinning around extremely fast you can almost see the image brake down into there own line formation . You can't see the lines but the image looks mathematically aligned .

At 60hz looks like

Wish I could explain it better but my knowledge about this is minimal .
