Coolers that fit in a CM Storm Scout

I have a CM Storm Scout case and need to upgrade from the stock cpu cooler on my i5 3570k. I was planning on getting the CM hyper 212 EVO but others that put the EVO in a Storm Scout said that they have to remove one of the side fans. I'm looking for a cooler of similar design to the EVO but will fit with my side fans and dust filters.

I got the 212+ but didn't end up putting a top side fan.

I found the 212+ with lower side fan + fan filter made getting the side panel back a chore. I am trying to keep dust out of my case and esp 212+ to extend the life of it. My CM R4 side fan is snug up to the PSU (maybe with some strain). Think it's fine?

I love the scout case but they really should have made the side panel less apt to suck in lots of dust. I had to McGuyver some foam filter material on it due to lack of fan on top half, didn't want to leave it wide open.
