Rate my build + Air or Water cooling?

I've been trying to perfect my build for almost 2 weeks now since this is my first ever build and i don't currently have a job, so i want to use my money carefully.
First of all, here is my build.
Current Build
GPU: ASUS GTX670-DC2-2GD5
Boot HD: Samsung 830 Series SATA3 256G
MOBO: Asrock Z77 Extreme4
RAM: G.Skill-Ares 1600Mhz 1.5v 16GB (16GB is plenty for the rendering)
CPU: i7-3770K ( Aside from gaming i do 3D and image rendering)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH D14
PSU: Corsair TX650-V2(enough for an OC'd GPU, CPU +fan cooled system?)
Sound card: Built in
Case: Fractal Design ARC-Mid USB3.0
~Total: $1440

Update:
With a great change in luck i can add an extra $400 to my build. 1 of my parrots had another baby :3
Is there anything i should consider upgrading/ changing?
Should i change my build to a water cooled CPU, Corsair H100 maybe? Mind you the Noctua is 1 of the best air coolers but its real phat & fat.

Here's a diagram of what i believe the air flow will be if fully air cooled.

Once you're done critiquing my build, my main question arises.

The fan cooler or the water cooler?
If you go for the water cooler, what maintenance is required for water cooler, i seriously don't know squat about it. Are there any useful links you can provide?
I'm mainly asking this since I'm going to be OCing a Sandy Bridge CPU and they get hotter than an Ivy bride.

Thanks.

i would just stick with air cooling.the gtx 670 will stay cool..and your cpu will be fine to..that board isnt ment for extreme oc..so there really is no need for a custom loop..an h100 would be sufficient and get you clocks as high as 4.8 depending on the chip you get. or a hyper 212 for air..that is the best way for air flow for your case..i do the same configuration with mine. and that 650watt will be just fine.personally i go big..so if you plan to sli in the future i would go with a 750. and also you should have a hdd drive to put stuff on other then the ssd..they fill up quick..im about to buy the 840searies sammy 250gb cause my 128 became full very very quickly.

Ohh yeh mate, I already have 2 HD's im gonna use , there's no way i can fit all my junk on an SSD lol.
+ im going to shift the location of some default windows folders to my HD's so save even more space on the SSD.

So you think i would be better off with the 212 EVO eh?(provided i have good airflow) Sounds good to me.
The MOBO & fan i chose is still suitable for OCing the i7 3770K to around 4.3GHz, right?

yes 4.3 should be pretty easy..its not a bad board at all..just not setting world records or anything like that..personally i like the h100 cause its clean looking and better temps..as i have a big window in my case..keeps my 3770k under 60c at 4.7..as i usto have a 212evo and that heatsink was great for a modest oc..cheap and kept it cool..but depending on you budget either would work just fine.

Thanks for the offer, but i doubt i will ever need a PSU over 750watts.

I'm a bit biased, but after you go full water you won't look back to aircooling. Also, if done properly and with the right stuff, the only maintenance is refilling the reservoir with the necessary amount of water and clean any air filters you might have.

If you plan to go H100, you really not need ny kind of maintenance, other than making sure the radiator is dust free.

I feel it unfair to compare a budget aircooler to an H100. If you have the money to get it, why not get the best aircooler, a Noctua NH-D14? That cooler rivals the H100 in performance, and reduces the leak risk to zero.

The PSU is also overkill for your needs, so it's good. While a fully modular PSU might be more convenient and cleaner, the TX650 v2 is a good PSU. I have the bigger brother (TX750 v2) and it could give enough juice to an obscenely OC'd system (look at my main rig, and substract the GTS 450, it's a new addition starting from today)

In general, the rig looks fine. I would go with a 7950/7970 (more VRAM for rendering) but that's just me, the 670 will serve you well too.
