CM Hyper 212 - Advice Needed

Hi there,
I am wanting to play multiple pc games with this gaming rig as my hopefully soon to be complete gaming rig.
I don't want to spend too much money on all of this (even though it still is quite a bit) but i was wondering if the CM Hyper 212 EVO at $56.5 New Zealand Dollars would be able to cool and keep cool my gaming rig whilst playing intense games, and won't melt my case or anything. Please note that the NZXT Phantom Enthusiast comes with quite a few fans with it. http://www.techworld.co.nz/nzxt-phantom-enthusiast-steel-full-tower-case-blackgreen-p-39779.html is the link that tells how many fans it has, which I think has 5 different sized fans in it.

CPU: Intel i5 3570k 3.4 Ghz - 315
Ram: Patriot 2x4GB 1600 CL9 - 67.5
Motherboard Asrock Z77 Intel - 199
Case: NZXT Phantom - 220
PSU: Thermaltake 700W - 125
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB - 135
SSD: Intel 60GB SATA 3 - 95
Graphics Card GeForce GTX 660Ti - 465
Optical Drive: LG 12x BLU-RAY COMBO - 91
CPU Cooler: CM Hyper 212 - 56.5
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium - 133.5

The money is all in New Zealand Dollars, and this is my total setup.
Any advice would be awesome!
Thanks,

Sure, I love my 212+ and the evo is even a little better. Keeps my 4.5ghz 3570k at 65c max, 60c in games (although mine is probably a special case most 3570ks seem to run higher).
