Or 1 and 3, either would work... In addition to that you need to set your timings in your BIOS and the memory frequency.

To what exactly though? What frequency? What timings?

I'd go with 1600mhz @ 9-9-9-24 to start with.

I'm fairly jealous of some of these low Vcore + High OC....my 4.7 stable overclock uses 1.345v ...i would think a stable vcore for me running 4.8 would be more like 1.355-1.36, and i know under IBT my temps would be over 90C...im happy with 4.7 but running a daily rig (non folding but AA gaming) at 4.8 would be even better... maybe ill try 4.8 again, it's been 3-4 months since i've tried booting into 4.8...congrats to those with such good temps! thumb.gif

Oooook,

Go into your BIOS

Go to OC Tweaker

Go to DRAM timing COnfiguration

The first 4 boxes, set 9 in the first 3 which is CAS4 latency, RASA to SAH delay, row precharge and RAS active time, Command rate set to 1t

You have the DRAM frequency, set that to 1600. You might have to type it in or select from a list. Not sure.
