Origin help and BF3 Premium

I love Amazon.com and there customer service is always the best. I purchased BF3 towards the end of November and two DLC after really wanting the premium edition, but not having the money to buy it at once. Was looking online today and saw that the premium edition had dropped from $60 something last night to $39.99 today. Seeing that i had already paid $64 and still needed to spend another $39.99 to get what i wanted. Knowing that games are non-refundable thought i would email Amazon to see if there was anything they would do. I was hoping for maybe a $10-20 credit to offset the extra cost, but Amazon went above and beyond. Told me they were unable to issue a promo or a credit on my account but to purchase BF3 Premium and they would refund the other three orders.

A good surprise birthday gift.

Long story short i have my Origin account with BF3 and two dlc and about 100 hours in total. I now have two sets of keys for BF3LE and the premium DLC. Origin support said it was impossible to transfer my saved data to the new licenses.
Considering it took 20 minutes just for her to sort of grasp what i was saying i think this is inaccurate.

So how would i transfer the game progression to the new keys, or would i have to do anything at all?
Both version are activated on the same Origin account.

You shouldn't have to do anything. The game uses one directory for saves and stores data on the cloud as well.

That is pretty much what i thought, been stuck at work all day and have not had a chance to mess with it. Mainly wanted to know how to deactivate the license keys that i have been refunded for and to just make sure the data transfers. Origin support blows and English is probably there third language.

When you bought it did you get just 1 key for BF3 and premium DLC?

The order i placed today came with 2 keys one for BF3LE and one for the Premium DLC. So I could have just added the dlc key to origin and it would work, but since the first order was refunded, the license key will probably get deactivated.

So far everything is looking good, it would just be nice if the support people had enough training not to tell someone the only thing they can do is cancel the account and loose everything.

This whole thing is confusing. Recently they had a sale on BF3 Premium but there is Premium without BF3. I was thinking of getting it but I was told there was only 1 key that came with BF3 Premium (BF3 +Premium).
This is from Origin though.

And BF3 premium download is $10 cheaper from Amazon then it currently is on Origin.
