The 590 and 690 dont perform very well and they are overpriced. Have a look at the link below. You can get cards that cost half as much to perform better. The 580 performs better than both of them for under 300$

Well, the 580 and 690 basically rate the same performance but the 690 is almost four times more expensive.

Well, the 580 and 690 basically rate the same performance but the 690 is almost four times more expensive.

I don't know much about the 'Passmark' site that was linked to....but you can find literally hundreds of reviews and benchmarks from legitimate sources...that would contradict these statements. Even 2x 580's don't perform as well as one 690...and the 690 is quieter and more energy efficient.
