Quick Windows 8 OEM question

I bought this: http://www.scan.co.uk/products/microsoft-windows-8-64bit-english-1pk-dsp-oem-dvd

If I install it on my current PC, and use the CD key, what happens when I build my new PC and install it on that? Do I need to de-activate it from my old PC first? How do I do that? How many times can I use the same CD-key before it stops working, will I need to call microsoft each time I need to reinstall windows or something?

OEM licensing is for a single computer use. It get tied to the motherboard of the computer you install it on. What you are looking for is the Retail version, which you can do exactly what you are looking to do with (rereading that, that is some horrible kind of grammar, but I think you get the point).

So.. it's not tied to your "windows account" and you don't get 3 installs every 6 months before you have to phone microsoft? It's a one time deal for the motherboard and then you can never install it again, only on the same motherboard? How many times can you use the same key on the same motherboard? Infinite?
