A couple of questions

Alright so I'm thinking about buying this off a member on here

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103064
But I'm also thinking about this thing
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B002G1YPH0/?tag=pcpapi-20

Now I'm wondering what type of improvements I would see over the stock cooler that I currently have. which can be seen below
So any thoughts? I know that the temps are from what I've personally seen phenomenal for a stock cooler which is why I'm wondering if there would be improvement that would make it worth it. I do plan on eventually overclocking this thing a bit.

Also yes I know that the fan should not be a 4k rpm but its only a 3 pin connected to a 4 pin so does not have fan control enabled.

You're showing us idle cooling numbers which count for nill - if you plan on overclocking, that is where a larger cooler helps as it has more surface area to dissipate heat. I'm not sure how much you're planning on paying for the 92mm cooler, but I personally would go for a 120mm cooler as it offers ~30% more surface area and is compatible with a much larger selection of fans.

Either cooler likely isn't going to help your stock idle numbers, it may bring down load numbers a little bit, but again where you'll really see a difference is when you start doing an o/c, then the better the cooler, the better it dissipates heat and thus the lower the load temperatures.

I've never seen this thing go above 46c even when running F@H and doing a bunch of other things at the same time. I will run prime and see what it gets to a post that as well then so there is a better idea.

Alright so this was screened during the prime session right around the half hour mark. the highest the temps got the entire time were 34c. I know I could run it longer but I would not think that it would take a few hours for prime to get it to max temps. everything was open to show what was going on. I was also browsing online and downloading a game on steam while this was going on lol.
