Small bubbles everywhere stuck to the sides of things? Not a problem.

It is the water de-gassing, same thing happens if you fill a bottle from a tap and leave it for a while. Eventually they will go away however sometimes they can collect somewhere - usually a rad plenum or the higest point of your loop.

Large bubbles everywhere? Problem.

You will need to bleed your loop. Disconnect all the PSU connections except for the pump. Top off the res and then jump your PSU to run the pump whilst tilting the case. Try to imagine the flow path and tilt the case to allow air to escape upwards. Turning the pump on and off can also help shift bubbles.

looks like you got some suds in your system, did you put anything else in your loop other then water? I've seen bubbles before but this aint normal, perhaps someone that experienced this before can chime in..

Your reservoir looks a bit low too, possibly the cause of the suds being sucked right back into the loop, fill that up a bit..

If problem still persist, I suggest you drain it completely and fill it up with some fresh water... I'm thinking there's something in your loop besides water that's causing this.
