Comes with free ram. How about that the cooler, and a 3570k?

Yep, that's a solid setup.

I am going to need something pretty soon so Haswell out.

But I'm gonna go with the 3570k, with the ASRock z77, and the cooler I was reading reviews that the 212 evo was a little loud. I was looking into the Thermaltake Frio which is quieter. What do you guys think about that cooler?

Xbit wasn't too enamored of it - they say it is kind of loud. Maybe the True Spirit 140 if your case is big enough?
