Yeah you can probably handle the mobo too.

IMO watercooling the motherboard is pointless in most cases.

This way the water gets a chance to cool down a bit before hitting the CPU. On a normal pc your GPU is gonna dump the most heat.

That's what I was trying to get at, I would go CPU cause the CPU temps are normally lower, then going from that to the 120 rad...Hitting the GPU then back to the res
That way the water isn't as "warm" as it woulb be if you went GPU first!

There will only be a 1-2C difference

Did not see that in the original post, about mobo cooling, that is something which is not truly not needed, and mostly done for aesthetics purpose. With a 120 and 240 I would not add the mobo or any other component to the loop. What would help is if you can post the configuration that you plan to water cool.
