1x 200mm vs 2x 140mm Side Intake Fan

Which one would be the best for moving the most fresh air?

The 200mm fan would be a Cooler Master MegaFlow, and the dual 140mm fan would be a Corsair AF140 Quiet Edition.

Noise isn't an issue. Price difference is $24.99.

I have 2 of the CM Megaflows and they're pretty good and quiet, but since noise isn't an issue go with the best one possible- why only these two quiet fans if noise isn't an issue? I can't comment on the Corsair, although I love all of their products tongue.gif

It's the first 140mm fan that came to mind because I'm getting 2x SP120's (maybe Noctua NF-F12's instead) for an H100i push/pull setup on the top of a HAF XM. Which other one would you recommend? I know Noctua makes a 140mm fans.

My understanding is that the side panel on the HAF 932 isn't filtered so having an intake there is gonna fill your computer of dust rolleyes.gif My case came with with a 200mm side fan, and while it was quiet there was no point having it because it barely affected temperatures and brought in dust.

This for another computer build that's not finished yet, so the fans will be for the a HAF XM which I think has dust filters at every intake.

It still applies because the side intake isn't filtered on the HAF XM either.

Well the Newegg page says it has dust filters at all intakes, and I'm trying to get max ariflow. If it really doesn't have side dust filters and it's better to just not use a side fan, then I'll probably just wait until January and get the windowed side panel instead thumb.gif

My simple thoughts, a 200m would be plenty to move air, 110cfm and it's over a large area as well. I'm not sure what you're running but my computer has one top fan, one front fan, and one on the back. CPU is passive cooled and OC'd and it's all good.

I would save the 25$.
