BenQ XL2420TX Question

So after weeks of trying to get my hands on an overclockable IPS 1440P display ,with no success ,I gave up ,and picked up this BenQ 24" 120 Hz. 3D display. It comes with a pair of the Newer Nvidia 3D glasses. It is for my 14 year old Son ,who mostly plays FPS games ,and sports games ,and Minecraft! .It will be powered by a GTX680 ,and I am wondering if anyone else out there is using this monitor ,and if it is a nice piece. Right now he is using a 720P LG LCD TV as a monitor ,and I am hoping he will notice a pretty good difference in his gaming, especially in shooters. Any feedback appreciated!

benq 2420 is a very nice 3Dvision 2 capable monitor.

Your son will like it.

720p to 1080p is a massive difference, and the 120Hz will probably look better as well.

Ok thanx for the feedback !! It looks like it will be a great Christmas. Now ,on to my Daughters. Ouch ! this is gonna be a painful Christmas, fiscally ,but worth it . I enjoy watching my kids on Christmas morning , getting gifts 100X more than I did ,getting gifts as a kid. It really is better to give than receive!
