As for hypertransport. Keep it at the max width (16?)
Keep the frequency as close to 2000mhz as possible
For northbridge get that as close to 3000mhz as possible
The vcore for your proc shouldn't exceed 1.55, but for a daily overclock anything over 1.45 usually isn't necessary
As for temps, max is 60

Actually 1.5v's is really pushing it, esp on aircooling. I have one of those chips (1100T) and it will run hot under load at 1.5v's used. I do agree that normally for most everyday OC'ed useage 1.45v's is about right but not really a necessity in many cases.
Defaults used by the BIOS in most boards tend to be a little high to accomidate all chips because some need the extra voltage to run properly but normally 1.35v's at stock for a Thuban is good, for some a little less than that works fine. In your case since you can't seem to drop it lower than 1.425v's use that at first and see how it does, raise it if need be of course.

It's also 55c that's the preferred upper limit to temps you'd want to see, 60c is doable but not a great idea for keeping the chip in decent shape, esp if you'll need it to last for a few years.
These chips with the extra cores will heat up quickly OC'ed and if you have it loaded down, it will get really hot, really fast. What looks like a good temp under a light load will skyrocket under a heavy load with these chips, you can use a program such as HWmonitor, RealTemp or some other monitoring program to see what it's doing under load and at idle to know how it's doing.
