well 8 TV factories and 3 trade ports importing processor's and plastic soon you have more money than you could ever need, My sims have no tax so are happy
The only 2 things that bugged me, Not being able to put roads and rail out to the region where I want, meant I had to wreck 1 side of my city to bring rail to where I wanted it, because I didn't start out building an electronics city, and the other is the natural disasters they seem to target the important parts of the city.
Warning to others don't put anything important by the garbage site as the dinosaur will no doubt go trough it, don't put all money making business to close together as meteorite storm will take half out
I don't think this version of SimCity has the same replay value of previous versions for 3 reasons:
City size being all the same and set position, limits how and what you build
Number of specialisations: Gambling is the only 1 that can go anywhere, Trade and electronics you need water and rail to make it work well, Petroleum and metals there is only x number of city tiles you can use that have oil or ores
Set points for leaving the city: means you can only build the city in a set way, It's meant to be a city simulation but even villages have a road that goes through them, I don't live in a big town but it still has at least 5 different ways in/out
eg if I was to build another electronics city I would still have to put the factories up wind of the city so still have to leave space around the edge to run rails which means I would virtually have to do the same lay out I have for this city, because of city size you can't do the same city but spread out.
And lastly the 10 save limit I can see being a pain as it's a region save and not city you will in theory have to delete 16 cities once you run out of saves, yes you could move to a different server but that sort of defeats the object of playing with friends if your on different servers
these are just my thoughts and opinions
