Looking for a good HDMI KVM.

Thread Starter
So I got my new rig up and running but in short order I'm going to need a 2 or 4 port KVM and I don't want to move back to DVI or worse VGA just so I can get a decent KVM. The handful that I have seen on NewEgg and Amazon have very mixed reviews with keyboard and mouse lag being the biggest issues especially with gaming grade keyboards (lack of marcos for example.)

Now one pattern I have seen in lot of the poor reviews is they are running PC and Mac one KVM so I don't know if that is just making things look worse then what they are.

So I'm open to suggestions on a KVM I need 2 ports min but 4 will work as well and budget is about $100-150-ish.

PS: Also who the hell is dumb enough to mix PC and Mac on ANY platform outside of a flash drive or external drive?

Im actualy in the market for the same thing, so have a free bump tongue.gif... and also, what max res are you looking for? i believe there are some decent KVM switches with minimal lag if you are looking for lower res because they just use an analog switch system
