Which type of Asrock mobo should i get?

I can add an extra $100 to my budget and i thought i might reconsider which Asrock mobo i should get. Should i reconsider and if so, which Asrock mobo should i get? Or is this mobo that i currently have in my build good?

Here's my build.

GPU: ASUS GTX670-DC2-2GD5 (i will only roll with a single GPU build, im not interested in SLI/ Crossfire)
Boot HD: Samsung 840 Series SATA3 250GB
MOBO: Asrock Z77 Extreme4, it seems right.
RAM: G.Skill-Ares 1600Mhz 1.5v 16GB (16GB is plenty for the rendering)
CPU: i7-3770K ( Aside from gaming i do 3D and image rendering)
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 ( want to OC the i7 to at least 4.5GHz)
PSU: Corsair TX-650-V2(enough for an OC'd GPU, CPU + 5x140mm fan cooled system)
Sound card: Built in
Case: Fractal Design ARC-Mid USB3.0
~Total: $1500

On another note, the GB Z77X-UD3H has been suggested to me a few times as well.
Thanks

Eh, none available in my area.

These are the mobos in the $120-$200 range for me.

AsRock Fatal1ty Z-77-Performance / Fatal1ty Z77-Professional-M
Asus P8Z77-V-LX /P8Z77-V-LK /P8Z77-V-LE-PLUS
G-B Z77X-D3H / Z77X-UD3H / Z77X-UD5H / G1-Sniper-M3
MSI Z77A-GD65 / Z77 Mpower / Z77A-GD80
AsRock Z77-Extreme4-M / Z77-Extreme 4 / Z77-Extreme6

I would be fine if people suggest i stay with the Extreme 4

Extreme4 I think will give you the best value for your money then.

Perhaps look into a 4GB 670, or even a 680.

Thanks man.
Mmm, i don't intend on gaming in any higher resolution than 1920x1080 so 4GB isn't needed, is it? That resolution doesn't use up more than 1.5GB if im correct.
As for the 680: The noise, temp & power consumption is far greater than the 670, so idk. I might still stick with the Asus 670.
Convince me otherwise :3

No complaints about my Extreme4-M, been a solid reliable board for the price.

Certain games can. 2GB is more or less enough though.

xonar dx 7.1 is a good one with a great price.
or case upgrade in case future upgrade and stuff. silverstone raven 2 or cooler master haf x seems good.
if its only for 4.5 GHZ over clock extreme 4 is good enough.

The Extreme 4 is a good board for the money, but if it is an option I'd step up to the Extreme 6 due to the fact it uses higher quality VRMs (see sin's review) Note though that these Asrock boards like to show a much lower voltage in CPUz than is measured by a multimeter.

Ok, so lets say i run out of video ram, then the system will start using shared memory. How does that affect performance?
